हैल्लो दोस्तों आज हम आपको बताएंगे कि सीमेंट कैसे बनती है। सीमेंट जिसका उपयोग घरो को या इमारतों आदि के बनाने में आवश्यक रूप से किया जाता है। यह स्लेटी रंग का भारी और अत्यन्त बारीक़ चूर्ण है इसे जल तथा रेत के साथ मिलाने पर यह एक सुघट्य पेस्ट बनाता है, जो धीरे धीरे इंग्लैंड में पाए जाने वाले पोर्टलैंड पत्थर की तरह कड़ा हो जाता है। इस करण इसे पोर्टलैंड सीमेंट कहते है। सीमेंट को बनाने के लिए चूने के पत्थर, बालू, तथा चिकनी मिट्टी लेकर इसे अलग-अलग पीस लिया जाता है। इसके बाद इन सबको मिश्रित एक परिक्रामी भट्टी में लगभग 1500 डिग्री सेल्सियस पर गर्म किया जाता है। ऐसा करने पर कैल्सियम के सिलिकेट तथा ऐलुमिनेट बनते है। तथा कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड, जल वाष्प, आदि गैसे निकास द्वार द्वारा भट्ठी से बहार निकल जाती है।
इस प्रकार प्राप्त हरे या स्लेटी रंग के दानेदार पदार्थ को सीमेंट क्लिंकर कहते है। सीमेंट क्लिंकर को ठंडा करके 2 से 3% तक मात्रा में जिप्सम मिलाकर मिश्रण को पीस लेते है। इस प्रकार सीमेंट प्राप्त होती है। जिप्सम को अगर 120 से 130 तक गर्म करेंगे तो प्लास्टर ऑफ़ पेरिस बन जायेगा(POP) जिसका उपयोग टूटी हड्डियों को जोड़ने मे मूर्ति बनाने मे और घरों की छतों की डिज़ाइन बनाने में किया जाता है। अगर सीमेंट में बालू और छोटे छोटे पत्थर यानि महीन पत्थर जिसे मौरंग कहते है, और पानी सबको एक साथ मिला दिया जाये तो ये बहुत कठोर हो जाता है इसी से ही घरों में प्लास्टर वग़ैरह और इंटो की जो ड़ाई की जाती है। पक्का घर बनाने के लिए सीमेंट बालू और मौरंग का ही उपयोग किया जाता है। दोस्तों हमने यहाँ आपको बताया कि सीमेंट कैसे बनती है इसी तरह इस ब्लॉग पर मैं रोज़ दैनिक जीवन में विज्ञान( Daily Life Science) से सम्बंधित जानकारी देता हु, इस ब्लॉग पर रोज़ आपको कुछ नया जानने को मिलेगा। दोस्तों अगर आपको कोई सवाल पूछना है, तो नीचे कमेंट्स में पूछ सकते है।
